Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Zonal Sales Head - B2B for our South zone to lead the regional sales efforts. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a strong experience of B2B sales dynamics, proven ability to grow business, and a knack for building high-performing teams. You will oversee client acquisition, relationship management, sales strategy, and revenue targets for the southern region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales & Business Expansion- Develop and execute robust B2B sales (Industrial/ Corporate/ Enterprise) strategies tailored to the Bangalore zone.- Identify new business opportunities, penetrate key verticals, and expand FuelBuddy's market presence.- Analyse regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine growth strategies.- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to drive region-specific campaigns and initiatives.- Ensure compliance with fuel industry regulations and internal sales practices.Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with commercial clients.- Understand customer fuel usage patterns and provide customized solutions.- Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery andcustomer satisfaction.Sales Team Leadership- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team in the south zone.- Define targets, set KPIs, and ensure continuous performance tracking and coaching.- Build a performance-oriented culture focused on results, innovation, and collaboration.- Drive adoption of CRM tools and data analytics for efficient sales tracking and forecasting.Experience & Skills Required- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise clients.- Experience in fuel, logistics, energy, automotive, or commercial services is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of regional business dynamics in South India, especially Bangalore.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in sales tech tools including CRMs and performance dashboards.- Ability to travel across the region and manage a wide geographic client base.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with 6-day work weeks.
