Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Follow-Ups & Negotiations: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals.Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.RequirementsRequirementsEducation: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BE Electronic and Telecommunication, MBA preferred but not mandatory).Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in sales/marketing (IT industry preferred).Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & local language.Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch IT products and services effectively.Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling client objections and closing deals.Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Willingness to work in a high-performance sales environment.Willing to Travel: This is a field sales role, requiring frequent travel to meet clients.Skillset: Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Relationship building.Must Needed: Requires a two-wheeler and a valid driver's licence.BenefitsPerformance bases Incentives
