Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions using Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.).Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect, SAML/OAuth integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Develop and enforce Conditional Access and Identity Protection policies to enhance security posture.Manage lifecycle of identities and entitlements using Microsoft Entra ID Governance.Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for controlling access to sensitive resources.Monitor IAM-related systems for anomalies, breaches, or violations using Microsoft Defender and Log Analytics.Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to align IAM solutions with enterprise security strategies.Automate identity-related processes using PowerShell, Graph API, or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.Stay up to date on new Microsoft IAM features, tools, and industry best practices.
