Responsibilities:- Drive B2B sales through field visits and partner networks.- Build and manage relationships with EPCs, installers, and distributors.- Close orders and ensure timely payment collection.- Drive regional sales targets and revenue growth across solar product lines.- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies aligned with company goal- Own complete P&L responsibility for the assigned region.- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ensure profitability targets are met.- Generate and review sales and operational reports to drive business insights.- Maintain strong knowledge of competitor activities and market trends.Requirements:- Overall Experience: 8-10 years in Solar Inverter Sales.- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in solar or power electronics sales.- Must come from the solar industry (e.g., rooftop solar, EPC, solar modules, etc.).- Should not be from traditional inverter-only backgrounds- Proven experience in building and managing a sales team from scratch.- Prior ownership of P&L, sales targets, and revenue responsibilities.- Strong local market knowledge with a solid on-ground sales presence.
