Program Manager | Learning Solutions / eLearning | Client-FacingPosition type: Full-time employeeLocation: Onsite - Noida, IndiaWe’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery to lead complex programs end-to-end while building strong client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.This is not a back-office PM role. You will operate at the center of client engagement, solutioning, and delivery, owning both execution and account success.What You’ll DoOwn and manage multiple learning programs across clients, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and qualityPartner directly with clients to understand business goals, uncover learning needs, and align solutions accordinglyTranslate client requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams (design, development, delivery)Drive program governance, including KPIs, risk management, forecasting, and complianceReview deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and learning objectivesProactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through additional work or expanded scopeNavigate complex challenges and make sound decisions that balance client needs and business outcomesWhat You Bring10+ years in the learning industry (eLearning, training delivery, or learning solutions)8+ years managing complex projects or programs, ideally in a professional services environmentProven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive accountabilityStrong commercial awareness, including forecasting, budgeting, and scope managementConfidence working directly with clients, including managing expectations and resolving issuesClear, structured communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignmentNice to HavePMI or equivalent certificationExperience supporting proposal development or solutioningWhy This RoleYou’ll have real ownership, direct client impact, and the opportunity to shape both delivery and growth within accounts.
