This role involves implementing state-of-the-art LLM techniques, optimizing model performance, and working closely with the Data Scientist Lead and Data Engineer to integrate these solutions into the production environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain machine learning and LLM-based solutions for network securityImplement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systemsDesign and refine prompt engineering strategies for various use casesImplement clustering algorithms and other ML techniques for threat detection and analysisCollaborate with the team to improve model accuracy and efficiencyStay current with the latest advancements in ML and LLM technologiesRequired Skills:Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field3-5 years of experience in machine learning development, with a focus on NLP and LLMsStrong programming skills in PythonExpertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience with Hugging Face Transformers library and other LLM toolsProficiency in implementing and fine-tuning large language modelsKnowledge of RAG systems and vector databases (Faiss, Pinecone)Experience with natural language processing libraries (NLTK, spaCy)Understanding of scaling ML workloadsExperience in applying ML/LLM finetuning techniquesFamiliarity with privacy-preserving machine learning techniquesExperience with explainable AI methods
