Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega BPM Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Pega BPM applications using best practices and coding standards.
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Maintain documentation and support deployment activities.
