- Ensure candidate enrollment and onboarding on the learning platform as per batch size for selected courses.
- Support training delivery for employability skills and tech-driven courses in offline/online mode for college-going youth.
- Ensure effective implementation of program curriculum, including supporting and mentoring the team in developing training plans, assignments, and evaluations.
- Oversee program execution as per MoU, approved budget, and timelines.
- Monitor core activities conducted on the field and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, NGOs, and training & placement officers to establish tie-ups and MoUs for student training programs.
- Interact with college principals, NGOs, and other stakeholders through in-person visits, emails, and calls to promote program features and benefits.
- Regularly follow up with institutions regarding admissions, registrations, and post-training activities.
- Conduct outreach in the South region (KA, TN, AP, TS, KL) and travel as needed to facilitate partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and program coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Set performance expectations, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to achieve program objectives.
- Conduct periodic team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular field visits (at least 15 days per month or more as required) to monitor program implementation.
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics, including student enrollment, attendance, curriculum engagement, and response analysis.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per program requirements.
- Document case studies and facilitate baseline, midterm, and end-term evaluations in coordination with the MEL team.
- Maintain detailed records of all stakeholder interactions, admissions, and training activities.
- Ensure database management and reporting to enhance programmatic and financial outcomes.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the management team.
- Follow up with candidates post-course completion for certification and feedback.
- Experience in NGOs, CSR activities, and PMKVY projects will be an added advantage.
