Job Description:About Axis Virtual Centre:Axis Virtual Centre engages with the Axis Bank customers and prospects, virtually, through digital media to provide a seamless experience to customers while fulfilling their service requirements and using the opportunity to provide financial solutions via crossell and upsell. The Axis Virtual Centre supports the respective Line of Business to achieve and exceed dial targets through effective use of communication skills and envisages to provide a differential customer experienceAbout the Role:The Unit Manager – Credit Card Acquisition manages an outbound team (on partner payrolls) across various Banking products. The Unit Manager manages around 150 member team with the support of 9 to 10 Team Leaders and is responsible for driving sales, productivity, increasing cross-sell, reducing cost to income and increasing profitability and growth of the channel.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 150+ strong tele callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank.
  • Manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers – Credit Card - Acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and gaps for corrective actions.
  • Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business.
  • Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.
  • Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performance
Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • Post Graduate from recognized university with more than 6 years of relevant experience.
Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
  • Sound knowledge of retail banking products and process.
  • Knowledge of digital banking channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App.
  • Leadership skills, Inter personal skills, Analytical skills.
