The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote our services, explain offerings, handle queries, and generate leads or sales.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services/products.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Collect feedback from clients and escalate issues when necessary.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Minimum [12th pass/Graduate] or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi].
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
