We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telecaller to promote and sell banking products and services, including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and a strong understanding of financial products.Key Responsibilities: * Acquire new customers for retail banking products through field visits, telecalling, and digital platforms.2. Promote bank products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, and mutual funds. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales service and support.
  • Conduct a financial needs analysis and suggest suitable products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.
  • Stay updated with bank policies, compliance regulations, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications : * Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and customer acquisition strategies.
Preferred Skills : * Target-driven with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
