Manager I - Consulting

• Assess current product development and QE processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define and implement best practices for SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and QE frameworks.
• Establish Shift-Left Testing strategies to integrate quality early in the lifecycle.
• Drive Risk-Based Testing and Performance Testing as a Service models for efficiency.

• Develop and enforce QE standards across product lifecycle.
• Introduce automation-first approaches leveraging tools for functional, API, and performance testing.
• Promote hyperautomation and AI-driven testing for faster release cycles.
• Define metrics and dashboards for quality governance and continuous improvement.

• Implement governance models for product planning, development, and release with QE checkpoints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards through robust quality processes.

• Collaborate with product managers, QE leads, and engineering teams to align processes with strategic goals.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on QE frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Guide teams through transitions (e.g., Waterfall to Agile, manual to automated QE).
• Provide consulting on tooling ecosystems (CI/CD, test automation, performance monitoring).

• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, SDLC, and QE methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, performance engineering, and continuous testing.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, cloud-based environments, and AI/ML in testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like CSM, SAFe Consultant, ISTQB Advanced, or QE-focused credentials are a plus.

• Prior experience in product implementation consulting and quality engineering transformation.
• Exposure to product-centric QE models and federated quality frameworks.
