Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Job Description - AI & Data - Snowflake architect - Cortex & AI - ManagerExperience: 10+ yearsOverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead solution demonstrations and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) leveraging Snowflake, Cortex, and GenAI-driven solutions. The role involves owning technical storytelling through PoVs/PoCs, mentoring teams, and working closely with stakeholders to showcase Snowflake capabilities across industry use cases.Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end solution demos and PoCs using Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, and related GenAI capabilities
  • Design and author PoV/PoC assets showcasing Snowflake features and industry-specific use cases
  • Translate business problems into scalable technical architectures and demo-ready solutions
  • Act as a technical SME for Snowflake and associated data/AI platforms during client discussions and internal forums
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to build innovative solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and solution architects on best practices
  • Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and demo repositories
  • Support pre-sales, client workshops, and technical presentations when required
Mandatory Skills
  • Snowflake - hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end project
  • Apache Spark (PySpark/SQL)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Desired / Good-to-Have Skills
  • GenAI concepts, including Prompt Engineering
  • Experience with Streaming technologies
  • Exposure to DevOps / MLOps practices
  • UI & API development using Streamlit, React / Angular, FastAPI
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud-native solutions

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or solution initiatives
  • Ability to drive innovation, quality, and delivery excellence
  • Strong ownership mindset with a balance of hands-on and strategic thinking
Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field
