Site Engineer

• Supervise all on-site civil work including excavation, RCC, steelwork, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Monitor construction progress and maintain daily work reports, site diaries, and material logs.

• Verify material quality and quantities received at the site; coordinate with the procurement team.

• Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using appropriate tools.

• Ensure proper safety measures and compliance with HSE policies on-site.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained.

• Report deviations or technical issues to the Project Manager and suggest corrective measures.

• Prepare and assist in the accurate preparation of measurement sheets, work done statements, and bills for contractor and vendor payments.

• Assist in quantity surveying, estimation of project costs, and material requirements based on drawings and specifications.

• Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project coordination.

• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

• Proven knowledge and experience in billing, quantity surveying, and estimation for civil construction projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other site management tools.
