- Troubleshooting of Coal Mill/Pulverisers in Thermal Power Plant.
- Ensure release of site support document (O&M manual, Erection manual, Packing Schemes, etc.) as per plan.
- Ensure resolution of technical query raised during Pulveriser Erection/Commissioning.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic System & Gear Box.
- Proficient in technical document & drawing reading.
- Plan visit to site as & when required.
- Monitor & maintain record of all activities.
- Co-ordinating with internal / end Customers for site activities.
- Control & Distribution of departmental documentation.
- Ensure continuous improvements in all areas including cost reduction as well as eliminating unnecessary operations.
- Responsible for overall functioning of Site Support
- Knowledge of Auto-CAD to prepare Packing schemes.
- Knowledge of Assembly and dismantling of Rotary equipment’s will be added advantage.
