- Create and share customer quotations.
- Update clients on dispatch & delivery status.
- Follow up with internal operations and support teams.
- Handle general back-office tasks and documentation.
- Use Advanced Excel for reports and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Business Central ERP & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, coordination & time management.
