- Knowledge of installation works -PC/Printer/Scanner/IT related instrument.
- Knowledge of CCTV camera control related.
- Knowledge of outlook setup, backup data,instattion,transfer etc works.
- Sound of technically knowledge related to IT.
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Assist in the procurement of new hardware and software.
- Monitor and manage network connection.
- collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
- Sound of Windows OS,TCP/IP mapping, Remote desktop support, network management.
- Familiarity with system installations like laptop installation.
- Knowledge of data back-ups, cloud drive handling is a big plus.
- Candidate should have Good Communication Skills.
- Should have basic computer knowledge.
