We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Business Growth Associate to join our Business team. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you'll help identify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and support the sales pipeline through outreach and consultative engagement. You'll work closely with leadership to tailor strategies across industries and drive growth for our AI-driven solutions.What You'll Do:- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.- Conduct introductory and qualification calls, communicating our value proposition clearly and confidently.- Collaborate with the Business Head on industry-specific outreach plans based on PDAI's offerings - including AI, automation, custom software, data science, and proprietary products like VisionSense.- Maintain up-to-date lead records and status updates in CRM tools.- Perform market research and monitor competitors to optimize our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.- Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and client-facing documents.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to delivery.What We're Looking For:- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (required).- A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.- Strong spoken and written English skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.- Basic knowledge of technology, AI/ML, and modern software solutions.- Excellent research, organization, and prioritization skills.- A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-moving startup environment.Nice to Have:- Prior experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales.- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Apollo.- Exposure to industries such as automotive, healthcare, or retail.
