To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsJob Overview:Lenovo seeks a Legal Operations Support Specialist to play a critical role in creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting packages for Legal leadership and internal customers.Job Responsibilities (Essential functions and duties):Create test case process and documentation for reuse when changes are moving to productionTest for when changes are moving to productionSupport eSignature questions and inboxSupport User on the system with processing and technical questions via support inboxReport on user interaction and countsProvide Training Programs and DeliveryCreate system documentation on dashboard; update it upon change and annually. for users and supportSupport data searches from the system.Support other legal Operations projects such as AI and system enhancementsIdentify data gaps and make recommendations based on industry trends and tool enhancements.Basic Job Requirements:Prior work experience - 4 years total4 years of relevant experience with data management and user supportExcel expert - 4 years of demonstrated advanced data analysis workSystem Process Documentation and Support - 2-4 yearsAbility to analyze data and follow up on changing trends and outliers to identify improvements - 2-4 yearsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies (KSAC's)Use of other dashboard tools (Tableau, ClickSense)SharePoint capabilitiesProcess Flow charts and word documentation for processesProject coordination - task planningDemonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work in support of end usersDemonstrated capability to work with external and internal support personnel on projects and issues resolutionEducational RequirementsBachelorsTravel Requirements (expected % travel)Less than 10%LanguageExpert fluency - English, multi- language fluency is desired.Preferred RequirementsELM or other legal systems - 4 years preferred.Exposure to project and process management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, MS task planner) and familiarity with scrum and agile project methodologiesUse of Data Analysis Languages (Python, SQL, R)JAVA development a plusDeveloped critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills, with a willingness to get into the details of complex problems and drive creative solutionExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsA strong team player who can work well with colleagues in all functional groupsCommitted to his/her personal growth and development by actively seeking feedback and responding with constructive actionAI Prompt experience a plusD365 Experience preferredAdditional Locations:
