Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy tailored to the real estate market.
Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new channel partners including real estate brokers and agencies
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits with partners to review performance, address issues, and discuss future opportunities.
Must have Team Management experience of 5-7 years out of total experience mentioned.
Must have experience in Commercial & Plotting+ Week End Villa Projects apart from Residential projects.
Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to market and sell the company's real estate projects effectively.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (e. g., marketing, project management) to develop and execute channel sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends within the real estate industry.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to counter them
Manage channel partner contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations
