Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Country IS managerYour roles and responsibilities:As an Application Business Owner – Country ERP Manager, you will have the overall accountability for the application and will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle including design, strategy, and execution. You will be ensuring the business demand is properly communicated to development teams and establishing the connect between Users and development teams, ensuring solutions serves its users, and remaining fit for purpose for supported business processes to deliver value to the organization. You will also have accountability for application compliance, in line with external and internal regulations.The work model for the role is Onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion IS business based out in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:

Securing resources for business analyst’s roles and projects and monitoring run, and maintenance, including the availability of budget and people along with ensuring alignment of application with business strategy and needs.

Agreeing and monitoring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the application in agreement with business requirements and application delivery organization and responsible for performance management, adoption, and continuous improvement of the application.

Being part of application governance board on a regular basis to review and agree on operations, costs, and strategy with key stakeholders’ representatives for India operations.

• Performing and ensuring business impact analysis to identify the business criticality of the application and ensure relevant service continuity and responsible for application strategy in alignment with business requirements.

Acting as point of contact for owned application and manages key application stakeholders: business stakeholders, IS Service Manager, and users.

Qualifications for the role:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

15+ years of experience managing ERP systems, preferably in complex multi-division environments.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support.

Experience in integrating ERP with Workday, Fieldglass, SmartBuy, and other global platforms with proven ability to manage ERP system changes and handle high-volume change requests.

Prior exposure to M&A activities and system integrations and knowledge of PPS models and their impact on ERP functionalities.

Experience in training new joiners and supporting ERP user adoption and ability to work in a high-growth environment with multiple locations and stakeholders.
