- Administer, monitor, and maintain the TIDAL Workload Automation platform.
- Design, develop, and schedule job workflows and calendars based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot job failures and workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with application owners and developers to integrate TIDAL with other enterprise systems.
- Manage job dependencies, triggers, and runtime parameters.
- Perform version upgrades, patches, and system migrations as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and job catalogs.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and audit requirements.
- Provide support for incident and problem management processes related to job scheduling.
- Participate in on-call support and off-hours maintenance as needed.
