- 5+ years of experience in Legal Technology as a Consultant or Product Manager or Product Owner or Legal Operations Manager
- Strong business and functional knowledge of matter management, e-billing, and related functions in a corporate legal department
- Experience in implementing legal software systems like Onit, Law Manager, Legal Holds
- Experience in managing the legal software implementations, integrations, configurations, data migration and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of owning and managing end to end initiatives
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and successful project delivery
- Experience with Agile software development processes
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors and consultants
- Relevant certifications in project management or leadership

- Key Responsibilities
- Gathering the business requirements from legal stakeholders and prioritization
- Assessing the technology needs of legal operations department
- Researching and evaluating the new and emerging legal technologies
- Collaborating with technical teams in requirements analysis and design
- Implementing and managing legal technology systems and tools
- Providing training and support to the legal operations team on the use of technology
- Managing technology projects and initiatives to meet organizations strategic goals
- Creating the legal technology product roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders and leadership aligning with organizations strategic plans
- Managing the design, development, testing, and implementation of legal technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
- Effectively communicating the status to leadership on regular basis
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance and business leaders, to understand organizational needs and drive legal technology initiatives accordingly
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in legal operations processes, technologies, and team performance
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and support for effective resolution
- Managing relationships with legal technology and other relevant vendors, ensuring effective utilization of technology solutions.
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project statuses, challenges, and successes.
