Job Purpose: You will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across digital channels - from campaign planning to optimization - in close partnership with our external media agency. You will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the agency, ensuring that campaigns align with Indias brand vision and performance goals.Job Location: GurgaonQualification: GraduateRequired Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: 7+ years in Performance Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, or D2C Consumer Brands.- Platforms Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and GA4.- Analytical Proficiency: Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets & Presentation Skills, campaign analysis, and ROI modeling.- Creative Acumen: Strong understanding of creative trends and what makes an ad scroll-stopping.- Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.- Mindset: Strategic thinker with an execution-first attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):1. Performance Strategy & Ownership- Lead and oversee the full-funnel performance marketing plan across Meta, Google, DV360, Programmatic, YouTube, and Affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.2. Agency Coordination- Collaborate closely with the media agency to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Review media plans, performance reports, and optimization strategies regularly to ensure effective spend utilization and ROI.3. Performance Metrics & Optimization- Track and manage key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV. Ensure budget efficiency and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, creative experiments, and audience refinement.4. Cross-functional Collaboration- Partner with merchandising, content, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with collection launches, key trading moments, and promotional priorities.5. Vendor Evaluation & Onboarding- Identify and onboard new marketing vendors or technology partners that can deliver better performance outcomes, efficiency, and cost advantages. Continuously evaluate vendor performance to ensure value delivery.6. Insights & Reporting- Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior through GA4, Appsflyer, and Adobe Analytics. Build weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting key learnings, insights, and recommendations.7. Channel Experimentation- Identify and test new paid growth opportunities across emerging channels such as Pinterest, Snapchat, and Influencer-led Performance Partnerships.8. Creative Performance Management- Work with internal and agency creative teams to brief and evaluate performance-first creatives- ensuring they resonate with the fashion-forward audience.Note: Looking for a smart, presentable, culturally aligned candidate, preferably from a brand side, with strong skills in Adobe, Appsflyer, Excel, and presentation making.
