Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and deploy alpha generating back-tested trading strategies with higher risk adjusted returns. Ability to lead and oversee a team of traders Recommend ideas and suggestions in optimization of currently deployed strategies as well as in any other new developments. Understanding risk management, implementing risk management measures while trading and developing new effective risk mitigating solutions. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in context of trading and associated activities. Explore multiple asset classes and help diversify across multiple non-correlated trading instruments. Exceptional numerical aptitude, logical and quantitative skills. Team player with strong interpersonal and managerial skills. Prior knowledge of capital markets and derivatives is welcome, not mandatory. Proficient in Excel, also coursework in Statistics/background in Mathematics/Python/R is a plus.
