- This role will focus primarily on data, reporting and analytics, and campaign operations (such as SF campaign creation and campaign related automation).
- Develop program-specific strategies, marketing plans, and goals that align with our overall objectives. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving consumer engagement and achieving marketing success.
- Manages execution across all channels / vehicles, including website, social media, paid media, email and related marketing including creating Salesforce Campaigns.
- Oversees the development and production of new programs / initiatives for all channels.
- Maintains awareness of digital, social media and related trends, developments, and best practices.
- Recommends and drives methods and tactics to engage customers with digital channels.
- Reports on performance by channel, strategic imperatives and campaigns, including targeting strategy, and proactively provides improvement recommendations.
- Prepares ad hoc marketing reporting as needed.
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years' experience with Salesforce
- At least 2 years' experience in an analytical role
