Head Group Strategy JB7:- MBA from a premier Institute or relevant experience in Insurance strategy, preferably Group- Experience of around 10 years- Strong command on numbers and business drivers of Group Business- Lead Industry mapping, Business planning, forecasting and performance tracking- Deliver clear, data backed strategic inputs to guide business growth- Drive business growth, margin improvement and product & investment strategies- High Ownership mindset, ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes- Work cross functionally to solve complex problems and implement initiatives- Strong communication and Stakeholder management skills- Thrive in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to business issues
