Job RequirementsHands-on testing experience in ServiceNow.Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, REST Assured, or similar.
Experience in API testing, UI automation, and data validation.
Familiarity with remote monitoring systems and industrial equipment data flows is plus.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
Proficient in test management tools like Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and participation in sprint ceremonies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:Manual Testing (50%)

Demonstrates a strong passion for understanding the business and technical domain, recognizing that deep domain knowledge is key to effective and meaningful testing.
Analyse business and system requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Validate data accuracy and system behaviour in real-time monitoring dashboards.
Log, track, and verify defects using tools like Rally.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure test coverage and quality.

Automation Testing (50%)

Design and implement automated test scripts for web and API layers.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Generate and analyse test reports, ensuring timely feedback to the development team.
Contribute to test strategy and automation roadmap for scalable QA practices.
