- Collaborate with IT leadership to forecast and allocate elastic resources across projects and operational functions by maintaining transparency into resource availability, skills, and project timeline to ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT services and project outcomes
- Track and manage third-party resource contracts, performance, and compliance with service expectations.
- Translate high-level strategies into resource management plans and execution roadmaps.
- Develop and report on critical metrics related to resource efficiency, project staffing, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the Site leadership and other customers to develop, plan, and implement pivotal initiatives for the IT Solutions Center, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term goals.
- Ensure that the operational activities within the Solutions Center are synchronized with Enterprise IT and business priorities by translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Develop key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of pivotal initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in alignment with business priorities.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement, ensuring that operations are streamlined to align with the organization's overall IT strategy.
- Leverage data collection and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that pivotal initiatives are grounded in data-driven decision-making and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
- Build and edit presentations which may require market research & Internal data for reviews and actionable insights
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, IT or related fields
- Masters or equivalent experience in Business Administration or certification in Operational Management is preferred.
- 10+ years in IT with a minimum of 4+ years in leadership roles in Software consulting, Inhouse IT Delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, business analysis, or project management role within an IT Service or Internal shared services Organization.
- Experience of large-scale Enterprise environment or managed IT services
- Proven experience in developing and driving pivotal initiatives
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and resources simultaneously.
- Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and process optimization in an IT or shared service setting.
- Expert Knowledge about Information Technology & emerging trends
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills & capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Capacity to lead, manage, and influence teams without direct authority
- Communication skills in English (written and verbal)
