Job Description:- Great Problem solving and Analytiacal capabilities: Business analysis will help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.- Good working knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets- Good understanding of databases and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is must- Good at programming. Experience with Python or R is an added advantage.- Strong understanding of statistics and a structured approach to problem solving- Experience of analytics environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data- Team player attitude with a willingness to lead when necessary.- Ability to work well with teams: Role would require working closely with multiple stakeholders across teams on a variety of projects which would involve close coordination and collaboration.- Be self-driven-Thorough and Meticulous: This role involves working with large amounts of data which are used to take critical decisions by our clients. Therefore, attention to detail, error spotting skill to ensure 100% accuracy of outputs are important qualities that we seek
