Role : Sales Executive Location: Nashik Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)- Experience : 0-2 years in field sales / education / B2B sales preferredOne of a leading platform for personalised career counselling and guidance, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive outreach and partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates. This is a field-intensive role for individuals passionate about education and career development, with a flair for consultative selling.Key Responsibilities:- Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to generate new business opportunities- Pitch the services to decision-makers (principals, HRs, TPOs, etc.)- Build strong institutional relationships and secure tie-ups for counselling programs and workshops- Identify, pursue, and convert new leads to achieve sales targets- Represent the company services at education fairs, seminars, and events Must-Have Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities- Field sales experience with the ability to manage territory and cold visits- Ability to understand and explain career counselling services effectively- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised Good to Have:- Experience in EdTech / educational sales- Prior relationships with schools, colleges, or HR departments in corporates- Understanding of the Indian education system and career guidance landscape Perks & Benefits:Salary Budget : upto 30 K per month- Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven company- Exposure to the education and mental wellness industry (ref:updazz.com)
