This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for a fresher eager to dive into the real estate sector. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a focus on fostering client relationships and driving sales, you will be at the forefront of implementing NoBroker.com's core mission of providing a hassle-free property search experience.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to effectively manage leads and track sales activities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven capability in lead generation, utilizing various platforms to increase client engagement and conversion (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM Software to manage customer interactions and improve business relationships.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing marketing, sales, and service processes.
  • Adept in account management with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis for generating reports and insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Digital marketing knowledge to enhance online presence and drive more traffic to company services.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions using our platform.
  • Generate leads through various channels, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts, aiming to achieve favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools for tracking client interactions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
