IndeedIndeed +3Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities, including PCB assembly, system integration, and final testing for solar components.Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure products meet ISO standards, conduct line audits to minimize defects, and manage documentation for production logs and testing.Workflow Optimization: Optimize manpower, material flow, and cycle times (takt time) to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.Operational Reporting: Monitor production KPIs, analyze bottlenecks, and report on production progress to higher management.Resource Coordination: Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted production. IndeedIndeed +3Key Skills & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge: Experience with solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverters, or electrical systems.Production Experience: Experience in manufacturing, preferably in solar panel or electronics manufacturing.Leadership & Management: Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage operators and technicians.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify defects, troubleshoot machinery, and implement corrective actions.Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
