LinkedInLinkedIn +2Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Supervise and execute daily production schedules for solar modules or inverters (e.g., PCB assembly, soldering, laminating, testing) to meet targets.Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure products meet ISO 9001 and industry quality standards (IEC, etc.) by monitoring line performance and reducing defects/rework.Line Efficiency & Optimization: Optimize workforce and material flow to reduce takt time and improve throughput.Safety Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) norms, including PPE usage and safety documentation (HIRA, JSA).Process Improvement: Implement Kaizen, lean manufacturing techniques, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production failures.Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure materials are available and machinery is functioning optimally.Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for production logs, material consumption, and test reports. LinkedInLinkedIn +2Key RequirementsEducation: Typically a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical).Experience: Proven experience in solar panel manufacturing (PV modules) or solar inverter manufacturing.Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing systems, ISO procedures, and solar manufacturing machinery.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
