- Conduct solution design workshop and prepare design documentation (Solution Design Document (SDD), Product Functional Specifications (PFS) and Integration document)
- Liaise with internal team COE / Product / Payroll Bureau (PB) team for any customer requirements.
- Conduct solution playback
- Provide KT to Ops team for preparing the process book.
- Configure the product as per finalized design document.
- Test the configured and customization.
- Deploy and package the configured solution / customization / data in next envt.
- Conduct the User Training using standard / tailored training material to align with solution provided.
- Assist the customer with test case / data development.
- Triage and resolve the issue raised by customer.
- Liaise with COE / Product / PB team for new requirements.
- Prepare updated solutions / data for deployment onto next envt
- Provide KT to Ops team for starting the Parallel Run
- Assist the customer with parallel run strategy development.
- Triage and resolve the issue raised by customer / Ops team.
- Liaise with COE / Product / PB team for new requirements.
- Prepare production cut-over plan along with PM's.
- Prepare updated solutions / data for production cut-over.
- Provide BAU support to customer / Ops team.
- Update the SDD document.
- Liaise with Product team for any open product items
- Prepare transition checklist.
- Provide KT to Support team.
- Experience in any HR & Payroll product with at least 3-4 end to end implementation experience.
- Robust knowledge of any three additional modules apart from Payroll from the following: i. Core HR, Employee Information, Leave, Time Management, Compensation Planning and Expense
- Statutory knowledge (at least one region)
- Preferably Workday (WD), Success Factors (SF) and Oracle Integration Knowledge
- High Level Understanding of Integration Systems/Architecture
- Demonstrated end to end domain knowledge of generic HR and Payroll processes
- Test Case Documentation (Configured Solution and Customisation) & Testing Support
- Ensure fit-to-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted to ensure product quality (Configured Solution and Customisation)
- Ability to independently conduct Requirement Gathering sessions, Solution Demos & Data Migration
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Methodology
- Assist Project/Program Manager to draft Entry & Exit and Acceptance Criteria
- Liaise with Product Team of bugs, new requirements, and roadmap items.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables, adhering to prescribed governance and approval processes.
- Ensure knowledge transfers and handovers to Support Team
- Adherence to SOW / contractual / Management / soft commitment
- Train / Guide the Junior consultant on product and process
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- 3-5 years of experience in End-to-End Payroll Implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication to represent product and solution updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
- Strong documentation writing skills for both reports and functional subjects
- Willing to connect global time zone based on project needs
