Location: PuneJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead our finance function for India business operations, with a focus on Global Capability Center (GCC) setups. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in finance leadership, GCC operations, and Indian regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to the India business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. GCC Finance Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for GCC operations, ensuring efficient financial management.
3. Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for India business operations.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, including tax, accounting, and financial reporting.
6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
7. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.Requirements:1. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute.
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in finance leadership, with significant experience in GCC setups and India business operations.
3. Skills: Strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills.
