● Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
● Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
● Help build and mentor city/regional teams as needed.
● Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.Requirements● Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector, specifically in direct debt or leasing.
● Proven expertise in structured finance or leasing solutions.
● Strong network of relationships with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned markets.
