Knitwear Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in domestic fashion brands,
preferably working on streetwear aesthetics. The candidate should have a strong
understanding of knit structures, graphics, and value additions, with the
ability to translate trends into commercially viable designs.Key Roles &
Responsibilities·
Design and
develop knitwear collections aligned with the brands streetwear DNA·
Create
season-wise concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and design stories·
Develop graphics,
placements, and surface designs for knitwear·
Work on value
additions such as embroidery, washes, prints, patches, and trims·
Coordinate with
sampling, merchandising, and production teams for timely execution·
Ensure designs
are commercially viable and production-friendly·
Stay updated with
global and domestic streetwear and knitwear trends·
Assist in
fittings, corrections, and final approvalsRequired Skills
& Experience·
Minimum 2+ years of knitwear design experience with domestic
fashion brands·
Strong exposure
to streetwear design aesthetics·
Hands-on experience in graphics and value additions·
Good
understanding of knit fabrics, yarns, gauges, and finishes·
Proficiency in
design software such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop·
Ability to work
