Key Responsibilities:- Design high-impact ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing platforms, aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.- Develop creatives for D2C skincare and fashion brands, including static ads, carousels, banners, landing page visuals, and promotional assets.- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to understand funnels, KPIs, and audience insights, translating them into effective visual communication.- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including headlines, layouts, color treatments, and visual hooks.- Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms, formats, and audience segments.- Work on marketing collateral such as website creatives, emailers, product launch assets, and social media visuals when required.- Interpret performance data and feedback to continuously optimize creatives for higher CTR, conversions, and ROAS.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor creatives, and emerging design styles within the D2C and performance marketing space.- Coordinate with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing agency or D2C-focused environment.- Proven experience working with skincare, fashion, or beauty brands.- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design impacts conversions.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or motion skills are a plus.- Ability to design with a marketing-first mindset, balancing aesthetics with performance goals.- Experience creating creatives specifically for paid ads (Meta & Google).- Strong attention to detail, layout sense, typography, and color theory.- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly based on data and team inputs.
