This role will ensure brand consistency while addressing local market needs to drive footfall, customer engagement, and sales.- The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive hyperlocal marketing initiatives.Responsibility: This position is primarily responsible for: Cluster-Level Marketing Strategy:- Develop and implement 360- marketing plans tailored to the cluster, aligned with national campaigns and local consumer behavior.- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify local opportunities.Hyperlocal Campaigns:- Plan and execute hyperlocal activations, BTL activities, in-store promotions, and festive/event-based campaigns.- Build partnerships with local vendors, influencers, and community organizations.- Store Marketing Support:- Coordinate with store managers to understand business needs and implement tailored marketing initiatives.- Monitor store-wise marketing budgets and ROI.- Customer Engagement:- Drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns, CRM initiatives, and promotional offers.- Leverage digital tools (SMS, WhatsApp, email, social media) to target local customers.Performance Tracking & Reporting:- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics like footfall, conversion, and sales uplift.- Share periodic reports and insights with the central marketing and business teams.Team Coordination:- Guide and support store-level marketing staff or visual merchandisers (if applicable).- Liaise with creative agencies, printing vendors, and activation partners.
