- Conceptualize, design, and develop aeronautical products and components from concept to production
- Create industrial design concepts with strong emphasis on form, function, and aerodynamics
- Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, avionics, and manufacturing teams
- Perform design optimization considering weight, strength, thermal behavior, and manufacturability
- Conduct DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and material selection
- Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations
- Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
- Document design processes and maintain configuration control
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in aeronautical / aerospace / UAV / advanced engineering products
- Strong understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and industrial design principles
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Fusion 360, or similar
- Experience with composite materials, lightweight structures, and aerospace-grade materials
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, composites, additive manufacturing, sheet metal)
- Ability to interpret and create GD&T-compliant drawings
- Experience in UAV / Drone / Aerospace defense projects
- Exposure to CFD / FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, etc.)
- Knowledge of DO-160, MIL-STD, or aerospace certification processes
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
