Solution EngineeringDevelop custom engineering solutions in response to client requirementsInterpret RFQs, specs, and site data to define CRA’s technical offeringPerform first-principles calculations to validate feasibility and scopePrepare technical documentation including datasheets, sizing sheets, and scope clarificationsCollaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure delivery alignment
Sales & Client EngagementOwn the client relationship from enquiry to POPrepare and present techno-commercial proposalsSupport site visits, presentations, and client negotiationsTrack opportunities, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarksWork with the Head of Strategy and senior leadership to shape commercial terms
Internal CollaborationAct as the bridge between sales, engineering, and project executionContribute to internal tools and templates to improve Applications workflowsShare client feedback to inform product development and standardisationCareer DevelopmentThis role is a fast-track entry into CRA’s leadership pipeline.
