Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.Essential Job Functions:
- Drive regional growth following defined processes.
- Oversee and ensure the success of Territory Managers (TM), Front Line Managers (FLM), Intermediate Managers (IM), Customer Development Associates (CDA), and Advisors.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Success and performance of TM/FLM/IM/CDA/Advisors in meeting targets and growth metrics.
- Key Inter-relationships (Internal):
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, and HR teams to align strategies and support staff development.
- Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the insurance business and related processes.
- Behavioural Competencies:
- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders and activities effectively.
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in agency management or related roles.
