- Drive large scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI-powered enterprise
- Help clients devise data-driven business & operating models
- Help clients maximize value from large scale AI-led transformational initiatives
- Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
- Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into priotitized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value
- Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices
- Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
- Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances
