The position of Senior Contract / Procurement Specialist is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

Prepare procurement documents, float tenders, and assess bids for construction materials, services, and subcontractors.
Draft contracts ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms; lead negotiations to secure best value.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal standards, funding agency guidelines, and company policies.
Evaluate supplier performance, handle disputes, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely deliveries and services.
Monitor budget utilization, track contract variations, and generate procurement status reports for project stakeholders

Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering/ Construction science, post-graduate degree preferred.
Min. 20 years of professional experience in related field.
Min.15 years' experience in contract administration in highway/bridge project in ICB and EPC contract.
Must have work experience in similar kind and size of 'ro'ect is preferred.
