  • Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Financial consolidation and cloud(FCC) solutions and TRCS(Tax reporting and cloud services).
  • Lead a team of FCC specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business leaders, to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Oracle FCC solutions.
  • Oracle FCC Implementation: Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCC modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • System Integration: Work closely with other enterprise systems and ensure smooth integration of Oracle FCC with performance management or third-party systems.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide the FCC team members, providing support, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of FCC related data.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced user experiences. Implement best practices and industry standards to optimize Enterprise operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle FCC configurations and customizations to identify and resolve issues before system go-live.
  • Training and User Support: Provide training sessions to end-users and support them in navigating and using Oracle FCC applications effectively.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay abreast of Oracle FCC updates, new features, and releases, and work on system upgrades and enhancements as required.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle FCC applications.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay abreast of Oracle FCC product updates and new features. Collaborate with IT and functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, business unit heads, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide strategic guidance, and align Oracle FCC initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Support the team in planning and project management activities and client relationships.
  • Manage and support internal KPI's
Experience:
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 10 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in Hyperion Financial Management or FCC Cloud (FCC) experience and TRCS is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of FCC (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:

  • TRCS - Tax Reporting & Cloud services
  • Oracle Data management
  • Narrative Reporting
  • Proven experience in leading Oracle FCC / TRCS implementations, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close
  • Genuine passion for assisting customers in their digital finance transformation journey.

  • Education:
  • Should be Qualified Charted Accountant, having Oracle certification is an added advantage.
