- The primary responsibility is to own and drive identified marketing programs from the annual FY26 Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) plan for Global Risk Consulting covering all marketing channels including thought leadership, events, content, digital, always on leadership LinkedIn support and internal communications.
- Work with cross-functional global and country teams, contractors and agencies to translate program briefs into creative assets, media ads and articles, and internal communications.
- Elevate the profile of key opinion leaders in the market (LinkedIn).
- Combine knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and processes, and our audience to create and maintain project plans for our most critical programs and associated initiatives. Manage overall project scope, time and budget for BMC initiatives offering insights into critical areas of focus, highlight potential challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Undertake all relevant EY processes and manage relationships with key stakeholders across geographies and functions including but not limited to Global Consulting, Global BMC, Markets, Talent, SCORE, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain Services.
- Ad hoc request management/execution - Support Global Consulting BMC and the Risk Consulting business in other BMC related administrative tasks.
- Continuously grow and learn to increase value delivered to stakeholders through innovation and a transformative mindset.
- Demonstrated capability and impact in a marketing role which involves experience across the marketing mix including sponsorships, content, social and digital.
- Experience in marketing planning and activation.
- Experience of working with senior partners, external vendors, agencies and third parties.
- A strong commercial approach and mind-set to drive strategic campaigns and priorities that achieve business objectives.
- Event management skills and knowledge with hands-on experience in delivering high-impact events, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings, and our clients' issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
- Ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines and showing flexibility during busy times.
- Develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues.
- Assert own ideas, gain support and commitment from executive-level stakeholders, and mobilize others to take action.
- Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn our Risk business' motivations and pattern of communication.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- MBA with a major in Marketing or a MS (Marketing)
- 10 years' experience in end-to-end brand, marketing and communications across multiple channels, from managing business requirements to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.
- Graduate - bachelor's degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, event management, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort working independently with senior business leaders and building trust with them.
