Location: Ramgarh Jharkhand
Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years (Rolling Mill – 600 TPD mandatory)
CTC: ₹10.00 to ₹15.00LPA (As per management decision)Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage electrical operations and maintenance for a 600 TPD Rolling Mill.Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems including motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution panels.Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement preventive and predictive maintenance.Monitor and optimize power consumption and energy efficiency.Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for synchronized operations.Supervise installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.Maintain safety standards and compliance with electrical regulations and audits.Manage electrical team – assign tasks, training, and performance evaluations.Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and MIS.Key Skills:In-depth knowledge of rolling mill electrical systems, especially medium and high-voltage equipment.Hands-on experience with AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems.Expertise in fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Proficiency in electrical drawings and documentation.Qualification:B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical EngineeringJOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/JOB ID -CONTACT DETAILS -
