General Manager (Rolling Mill) Ramghar (Jharkhand)

• Oversee daily operations of a 600 TPD Rolling Mill, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
• Manage all departments including production, maintenance, quality control, and manpower.
• Implement strategies to optimize throughput, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on business strategy, CAPEX planning, and operational expansion.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Rolling Mill operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Deep technical expertise in hot rolling (TMT bars or similar products preferred).
• Strong track record in managing high-volume mills (preferably 600 TPD or more).
• Proven skills in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
