The Company: M/s Hindustan Colas Private Ltd. (HINCOL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture Company promoted by two global fortune 500 Companies, M/s Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a major National Oil Company in India &M/s Colas, SA France (Bouygues Group), Leaders in Road construction & Transport Infrastructure. Set up in 1995, the Company is engaged in the Business of manufacturing & marketing Bitumen Speciality Products like Cationic/Anionic Bitumen Emulsions, MS/SS Emulsions, Cut-back, Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen, Road Bond, Bituclair, etc. It undertakes Road maintenance works like Micro surfacing/Slurry Sealing too. HINCOL actively promotes technologically superior Products for Road construction Industry. The Products manufactured by the Company find wide acceptance in India. The Position: HINCOL owns and operates 9 strategically located ISO 9001/ ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified Plants across India. The Company has plans to augment existing facilities and also set up new facilities in future. As Officer HR , you will be responsible to drive various employee life cycle processes such as talent management, performance management, total rewards, engagement etc. Key responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Identify workforce requirements. - Develop job descriptions. - Work on talent acquisition &to identify different available avenues for sourcing of right talent. - Review profiles, interview candidates and roll out offers to attract right talent in the organization. - Responsible for the on-boarding of employees. Talent Management : - Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, regular contacts and final evaluation as per the decided timelines. - Review of talent in the organisation for creating a strong succession planning. - Drive employee engagement survey &ensure maximum coverage. - Analyze survey results for the functions&identify concern areas, liaise with heads and draft action plans to mitigate the concerns. - identify the learning needs of the employees and to provide appropriate learning intervention. Business Partnering: - Maintain strong individual connect and regular touch points with all employees. - Solve attrition by doing attrition analysis and taking corrective action. - Regular visit to Plants for interaction with the employees. - Develop Competency Mapping for the organization. Compensation &Benefits : - Incentive scheme/R&R program:understanding and administration. - Responsible for designing local level employee engagement initiatives. - Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations: - Own and interpret HR policy for the organization and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Address all employee queries and provide help/ support within decided timelines. -To identify & assess the training needs & adhere training plans. To organize / co-ordinate the training program. - Address grievances raised by employees from the locations, and work with all stakeholders to ensure fair resolution of the issue. - Conduct exit interviews for the outgoing employees and analyze exit interview data. Statutory and Legal Compliance : - Oversee the Regulatory & statutory aspect of Labour Laws at Plants and to ensure the implementation. - Liaison with local statutory bodies pertaining to labour compliance. - Impart adequate knowledge of labour laws to the Line Managers. Capabilities & Requirements: -Preference will be given to candidates from premier educational institutions/having relevant work experience/ having showcased exceptional merit. - Strong business acumen & understanding of the business. - Understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices. - Strong ethics and discretion to deal with confidential information. - Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player. -Preference will be given to the candidate having worked in SAP environment. Remuneration: Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and qualifications.
